What to Expect
A 45-minute strength training session built on solid fundamentals
Warm-Up & Mobility (8 mins)
Start with dynamic warm-up and mobility work that prepares your muscles and joints for heavy lifting while reducing injury risk and optimizing performance.
Compound Lifts (22 mins)
Master fundamental lifts including squats, deadlifts, bench press, and overhead press with proper form and technique coaching tailored to your experience level.
Accessory Work (10 mins)
Develop balanced strength with targeted exercises for all major muscle groups including rows, lunges, and isolation movements for complete development.
Cool-Down (5 mins)
Finish with stretching and recovery work that promotes flexibility, reduces soreness, and prepares your body for the next training session.

Common Questions
Is this class suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! We welcome all experience levels. Our coaches provide modifications and progressions to suit everyone from first-time lifters to experienced athletes. Everyone works at their own level.
Why women-only classes?
Many women feel more comfortable learning to lift in a women-only environment. It provides a supportive, judgment-free space where you can focus on technique, ask questions, and build confidence.
Will lifting weights make me bulky?
No! Women lack the testosterone levels needed to build large muscles. Strength training will help you build lean muscle, boost metabolism, increase bone density, and create a strong, toned physique.
What should I bring?
Bring water, a towel, and comfortable workout clothes. We provide all equipment including barbells, dumbbells, and lifting accessories. Athletic shoes with good support are recommended.
